CASUAL HIRE: CONDITIONS & FEES.

Tent Sites: $10 p.p.p.n $5 per Child.

Powered Sites: $25 per Van per night $10 each additional person above 2. $5 per child. Under 5 years no charge

BOOKINGS: School & Group
•  Unconfirmed bookings may be made by telephone or fax and will be held for 7 days .
•  Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the Application for Hire and Deposit Payment.
•  Cancellations within 60 days of the camp will result in the forfeit of your deposit.
•  Cancellations outside the 60 day will result in a forfeit of a 20% booking fee from the deposit paid 

Cancellation within 14 days of camp will result in full fees being payable for numbers booked at time of deposit.

 Any shortfall in numbers staying are your responsibility and must be paid for.

 Ask about our sole occupancy rate [excludes camping area]

SCHOOLS:
It is a requirement of the Camp that adults will be accommodated among the students. This is to Control students and to prevent damage to buildings

ACCOUNTS:
•  ARE TO BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE DEPARTURE .
•  A tax invoice is issued at the end of camp on request.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES: Arrival check in from midday
Buildings to be vacated by 10 a.m. unless prior arrangement made with Camp Manager .

DAMAGE OR LOSS:
•  Groups are required to pay repair costs for damages to buildings, equipment and grounds, including removal of graffiti.
•  Groups are required to pay for the replacement cost for any equipment missing at the end of camp.

CLEANING:
•  Accomodation is to be cleaned during tenure. The camp is to be cleaned before the stated departure time as per the cleaning guide situated in the buildings. 

RESPECT FOR OTHER CAMPERS:
•  Quietness to be observed between the hours of 10.30pm and 7am.
•  Each group is to keep campers within the area and facilities allocated.            

SPEED LIMIT:
There is 5-kph speed limit on all camp driveways.

PROBLEMS:
Any problems with facilities, equipment or other campers are to be reported to the Camp Office immediately.

FIRE:
•  Any use of fire-fighting equipment is to be reported to the Camp Office IMMEDIATELY.

NOT PERMITTED:
Alcohol.                                                                                                                       .
Misuse of fire fighting equipment
Smoking inside buildings

illegal drugs
Firearms, knives and/or any other weapons

 Chewing Gum or Bubble gum.
Skate Boards

DOGS:
Prior arrangements must be made with the Camp Manager for groups or persons bringing dogs onto camp facilities.

RUBBISH DISPOSAL :
All rubbish to be sealed in plastic bags and put in container waste bin provided. Cartons must be flattened and placed beside the waste bin.
